The cottage is centrally heated and also has a multifuel stove in the living room for a real fire, - ideal for cooler evenings in Spring or Autumn. The spacious open plan living area leads into the fitted kitchen which features a washer dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave and electric hob and oven.

Upstairs there is a master bedroom with a double bed, bedroom 2 is a spacious single room which can be set up for a second single bed to accommodate a sixth person. Bedroom 3 has a set of 3' bunk beds. The bathroom/WC with shower is also located on the first floor.

The garden is a good size, private, and extends around 3 sides and is mainly lawned, with some fruit trees (hence the name) and is bordered by mature hedgerows. There is a south facing patio area with garden furniture and BBQ.
